Tofa Danielson Winterstein, has been a long-serving member of the Manurewa community, in his various capacities, as a faith-based person- General Secretary of the Samoan Methodist Churches in New Zealand, let alone his role as a Samoan Culture tutor with the established legal Charitable Organization in Manurewa -Tautai Fagota Sasa'a (Share the Fisherman's catch,) based in the Clendon Library. A high profile person in the community.
