Candidate statement
I stand for Parliament with a heart full of 'Aroha' a Spirit grounded in tika, and a vision of a better 'Aotearoa' for all. I honour the Whenua, the people and the Whakapapa of this land. I am here not for 'Power' but for 'Purpose' to be a 'Voice for the Voiceless' and a protector of the Sacred. Our Kuia and Kaumatua should not live in poverty, our babies should not go hungry. No Whanau should be without shelter, safety or hope. I will fight to end homelessness and uplift our most vulnerable - not with charity but with justice. I walk with and for our Rainbow Communities who deserve not just tolerance, but true belonging & celebration. I believe in Building a Nation where Compassion, Dignity, Equanimity, Forgiveness, Gratitude, Humility and Aroha are not just values - they are policies in action. I will honour the Treaty of Waitangi.

Why I want to be elected
I am running for Mayor because I care about our community and believe we deserve better services, more opportunities, and safer neighborhoods. I want to lead with honesty, listen to your concerns , and take real action that improves lives. This is about services, not power _ and I'm ready to work hard for a better future for all of us.
My key skills and qualities
I bring strong leadership, clear communication, and a deep commitment to public service. I'm a good listener, a problem solver, and I know how to bring people together to get things done.i have the patience to understand complex issues and the determination to take action. Most importantly, I lead with honesty, accountability, and a genuine desire to serve our community.
My top three key issues
1.Better Basic Service's Clean water, reliable electricity, good roads and reliable utilities for all 2.Safer streets and strong support foranimal welfare and protection_ 3. Jobs and Education Support for small businesses, skills training, and public education on social and environmental responsibility I'm ready to lead with honesty,action and heart
