My principal place of residence is in the Otara-Papatoetoe Local Board (Papatoetoe Subdivision) area.
I have lived in Papatoetoe all my life, running a local plumbing business for 40 years and now working as a senior lecturer in plumbing and drainage at MIT. Over the decades, I’ve been proud to contribute to the community through the Papatoetoe Fire Brigade, the Papatoetoe Cosmopolitan Club executive, and as both vice-president and president of Papatoetoe AFC. I currently serve on the Papatoetoe RSA executive committee and volunteer with the Papatoetoe Community Patrol.
I am deeply passionate about the community that raised me and my extended whanau. My commitment is to help keep our neighbourhood safe, strengthen our sense of belonging, and ensure every voice is represented. I care about Papatoetoe because it has always been my home and supported me, and I’m dedicated to giving back in every way I can.
